What do you need to know?

With your Kuwaiti phone number: you enter it, a code reaches you by SMS, you enter that, and then you pick a nickname and a picture. Each person has one account, and your name, points and level follow your number to a new phone. Why we ask for the number is on the privacy page.

One total that follows you and only grows. You earn it in shows (50 for joining, 10 for each right answer, 50 for finishing in the top 10, and 100 more for the top 3), by signing in each Kuwait day (25, plus a bonus at 3, 7, 30 and 100 days in a row), from badges, and from the daily wheel. A show's own points are separate: they rank that show and start from zero every night. Points have no cash value, and if your play in a show is voided for cheating, that show's points are taken back.

Your level grows with your points, with no top limit: level 2 starts at 50 points, level 5 at 800 and level 10 at 4,050. You get a title with your level, and the badges you earn for achievements pay points.

You get one free spin every Kuwait day, plus an extra one each time you join a show, which does not use up the day's. The wheel pays points only, from 10 to 200, and the server picks the result, not your phone. Nothing for sale changes your spins or your odds. Wheel points are added to your points like any others and count in the month's ranking.

Right now: 10 points (25%), 25 points (20%), 50 points (18%), 75 points (14%), 100 points (10%), 125 points (7%), 150 points (4%), 200 points (2%). That makes the average spin about 56 points. The app shows the current odds before every spin, and those are the odds that apply to your spin.

Yes: the top 3 of every show, and the top 3 by points in each month (the Kuwait calendar month). We announce each prize and its rules in the app and here. Ties are settled by the order written in the terms, never by a draw. We hand prizes over by hand, may ask for proof of identity and residence in Kuwait, and can withhold a prize from anyone who cheats. Every night at 9 pm Kuwait time; the home page and the app always show the next one. The lobby opens a few minutes before.

The app reconnects on its own and puts you back where you were, with your points. Questions you missed while offline earn nothing, and cost nothing.

The chat closes during the questions and opens again after. If you were banned from it, it was for a message against the rules: insults, politics or sectarianism, ads, or personal details.

We take out players who cheat or spoil it for others, such as playing on several devices in one show. If your play in a show is voided for cheating, its points are taken back and we can withhold a prize. If you think it was a mistake, get in touch and we will look again.

Write to support@playfooz.com, and we delete your phone number, your account, your answers, points, level, badges and messages, and your name in the replays. The details are on the privacy page. The steps in the app are on the delete account page.

To sign you in and keep one account for you, with your name, points and level. We keep the number encrypted, with a keyed hash beside it (a code made from the number with a secret key) so we can find your account when you sign in, and we never sell your data. The details are on the privacy page.
