Fooz is back, rebuilt
Why we rebuilt the app from scratch, and what changed.
We rebuilt Fooz from the ground up. Same idea, a live quiz show for Kuwait every night, on firmer ground.
What changed
- A native iPhone app. It opens fast, and it is made for one hand.
- The server runs the show. The questions, the clock and every point come from the server, so everyone plays the same show at the same moment.
- Arabic first. The app is in Arabic, right to left, and the English is there when you want it.
- Sign in with your number. Your Kuwaiti phone number and a code, then a nickname and a picture, and your points and level follow you if you change phones.
What stayed
Twelve questions, fifteen seconds for each, a final for the top players, a chat in the lobby, and free to play. Points, levels, the daily wheel and prizes are back too, and How prizes and points work explains them.
What is next
Fooz is coming soon on the App Store. When it is out, we will say so here and on the home page.
