How prizes and points work

Points that grow with everything you play, a free daily wheel, and prizes for the top 3 of every show and every month.

Fooz is free, and always will be. It now has points, a daily wheel and prizes. Here is all of it in plain words, and the full rules are on the terms page.

Your points

Your points are one total that follows you and only grows. You earn them from everything you do in Fooz:

  • Shows: 50 for joining a show, 10 for each right answer, 50 for finishing in the top 10, and 100 more for finishing in the top 3.
  • Signing in: 25 the first time you sign in each Kuwait day, plus a bonus when you reach 3, 7, 30 or 100 days in a row.
  • Badges: each badge you earn pays points.
  • The daily wheel: 10 to 200 points a spin.

These are separate from a show's own points, which decide your rank in that show and start from zero every night (how they add up). Your points have no cash value and cannot be turned into money, and they only go down if your play in a show is voided for cheating: then that show's points are taken back.

Levels and badges

The more points you earn, the higher your level goes, with no top limit. Level 2 starts at 50 points, level 5 at 800 and level 10 at 4,050, and each level is a little further away than the last. You also get a title with your level, and badges for your achievements add their points to your total.

The daily wheel

You get one free spin every Kuwait day, plus one extra spin each time you join a show. The wheel pays points only, and the server picks the result, not your phone. The odds are in the app before you spin. Right now they are: 10 points (25%), 25 points (20%), 50 points (18%), 75 points (14%), 100 points (10%), 125 points (7%), 150 points (4%), 200 points (2%). That makes the average spin about 56 points.

Prizes

  • Every show: the top 3 players get prizes.
  • Every month: the top 3 by the points they earned between the first and the last day of the month (Kuwait time) get the month's prizes. Points from the wheel count in the month's ranking like any others.

We announce what each prize is, and its rules, in the app and here. If players tie in the month's ranking, whoever reached the points first comes first. In a show a tie has a clear order, written in the terms. And there is never a random draw. We hand prizes over by hand, we may ask for proof of identity and residence in Kuwait, and we can withhold a prize from anyone who cheats.

What does not change

Fooz stays free: there is no entry fee, no loot boxes, and nothing for sale changes your points, your odds or the prizes. Chance appears only in the daily wheel, whose odds you see before you spin, and never in the result of a show.
